FREE UPS or USPS Ground Shipping on all orders over $95 - Free UPS Overnight Shipping on orders over $1,000.

All of our rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and charms or beads are packaged in our signature Day's Jewelers blue box. Watches are packaged within the watch vendors' boxes, however we can gift wrap them with our Day's blue wrapping paper. All orders are fully insured and require a signature at time of delivery.

For special orders, engravings, and ring sizing, please add an additional five business days to your order. Ship by dates are suggested dates from UPS. Packages being shipped within New England** typically arrive next day (with Ground shipping). Standard UPS Ground typically takes 1-6 business days, please see map below for UPS timeframe guidelines. Packages shipped to Canada are delivered USPS and may take 8 or more business days.

*Note: Packages shipped within New England that are under $95 may automatically be sent via USPS.

Standard Ground: We offer FREE Standard Ground shipping with orders $95 or more. A $9.00 shipping fee will be charged for orders less than $95.
Shipping may take 1-6 business days based on delivery destination.
Next Day Air - Saver: $29.00
Next day air saver will arrive next business day after ship date, by the end of the day.
Next Day Air: $39.00
Next day air packages will arrive by 10:30AM the next business day after ship date.
Second Day Air: $19.00
Second day air packages will arrive within 2 business days after ship date, by the end of the day.
US Postal Service: $0.00
For orders that are shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, a $9.00 shipping fee will be charged.
Delivery times are not guaranteed by Day's Jewelers or its carriers. Weather, seasonal package volumes, and other factors can all affect actual times vs. the time estimates. The map below shows the general transit times for UPS Ground shipping from Maine.
Taxes: There is a 5% Maine State tax for all items being shipped within the State of Maine.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any merchandise that has not been altered, engraved or customized for a refund, credit or exchange. Your jewelry purchased from Day's Jewelers is warranted for a lifetime against defects in materials and craftsmanship. To be eligible for this warranty, your piece of jewelry must be inspected at any Day's store at least once every six months. If you should live in an area where there is no Day's store located, we would be happy to recommend a reputable jeweler to perform the required semi-annual inspections. Day's also offers a low cost extended care plan that covers normal wear and tear of items not deemed as defective.
